The Property Capsule is a cloud-based technology platform that helps you manage and present your property portfolio.
All of your property data, such as property overviews, agent contacts, site plans, tenant lists, photography, maps and demographics is kept in a central repository.
Property information can be updated easily in the system using a simple web based interface, compatible with both desktop and mobile devices. Custom integration is also available.
Specialized tools provide fully automated, interactive maps and site plans, including a pre-populated tenant logo bank.
Presentation modules are provided for iPad, Web, Mobile, Tradeshow, Laptop, and a Digital Leave-Behind.

iPad Portfolio Module
This module is a native iPad App. Users of the application are able to synchronize against your Property Capsule cloud and download portfolio updates over-the-air. All your portfolio data is available offline, no Internet connection required. The only exception to this is the interactivity offered in the live Google Maps, where we provide full satellite imagery and the ability to walk around the center using Google StreetView. When offline, the app provides a static area map image as an alternative. Emailing property flyers to prospects from the app is always simple process.
Web Portfolio Module
The Web Portfolio plugs directly into your existing website. Users can browse and search the database and pull up leasing related property information, photos, brochures, site plans, flyers and documents. Additionally, links to any property-specific consumer sites may be provided.
The interface is skinned to match your existing website color palette and becomes a seamless component of your corporate website.

Tradeshow Kiosk Portfolio Module
The digital portfolio application may be used to drive touch-screen kiosks in your tradeshow booth, serving both "walk-ups" and scheduled meetings, while adding an impressive, progressive, branded element to the booth. In the past, we have used this to completely eliminate the huge walls of paper flyers commonly found in the booths of organizations with large portfolios.
Automated Space Plan Tool
This tool brings your static plans to an interactive level while eliminating time maintaining and updating them.
Your space plan drawings are loaded into the tool and easily annotated to tell the system where your tenant logos, space numbers, dimensions and other details go. Now they can be updated automatically using the admin, not the drawing files. The system provides a huge bank of tenant logos, in beautiful vector format, and automatically places them on your plans when the tenant list is updated. Web space plans are fully interactive, with mouse-over and clickable zoom views for each space. Space-level annotations such as dimensions can also be placed in the zoom view and are accessible from all portfolio views.
Space plan updates no longer require any design work, they can be made easily by an administrative resource, in a matter of seconds, and all your materials will be updated within minutes: web, mobile, print flyers, iPad, etc.
Automated Flyer Tool
Now there's no excuse for managing your printed leasing collateral manually. You don't have to use an iPad to make use of the latest in digital portfolio presentation technology. We provide software the to present your portfolio on your standard PC laptop or desktop. The interface and functionality are the same as the portfolio used in the tradeshow kiosk feature. The only difference is that you use a mouse instead of fingers on a touch screen.
